Satellite Clinic at Amtola

On 5 March 2014, a satellite clinic has been arranged at Amtola Loko Kendra. 12 pregnant mothers, 4 general mothers, 2 men and 2 children received different types of treatment (Anemia, Fever, weakness, gastric, scabies etc). Dr. Maksudur Rahamn provided treatment to the patients. Deluara Begum, counselor along with 4 Traditional Birth Attendants (TBA) assisted him. Blood pressure and weight of pregnant mothers have been tested and 810 iron tablets have also been distributed among them. Dr. Maksudur Rahman advised the pregnant mothers to examine all the items of the pregnancy package. Altafur Rahman Selim, Director (PSU) attended the program and talked with the patients.
